An exciting opportunity exists for a professional Personal Assistant to join a large not-for-profit organisation in CBD on a Temporary-Permanent basis. Our client is seeking an experienced PA/EA to provide effective admin support to the state Director and to coordinate information, reporting, meetings and undertake other admin duties as required.

Your new role
You will be required to take responsibility and ownership for various administrative tasks including, but not limited to:

    • Managing, prioritising, tracking and delegating correspondence
    • Maintaining effective records management processes
    • Diary Management
    • Scheduling and Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
    • Researching and preparing documentation and reports
    • Creating and updating purchase orders, paying invoices, creating and lodging financial reports and returns as necessary
    • Booking travel arrangements
    • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be highly professional and have excellent communication skills. Ideally, you will have experience providing high quality executive, business, financial and administrative support in a similar organisation. IT proficiency is desirable

What you’ll get in return
